Summary

This study tests a combination of four drugs (carfilzomib, lenalidomide, vorinostat, and dexamethasone) in people with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to prior treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how well the drugs control the disease. The study enrolled 17 participants and is no longer recruiting.
