Summary
This study tests a combination of four drugs (carfilzomib, lenalidomide, vorinostat, and dexamethasone) in people whose multiple myeloma has returned or stopped responding to prior treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see how well the drugs control the cancer. 17 participants are enrolled in this early-phase trial.
