Summary
This study is testing a new training workshop for staff who care for children living in residential homes. The goal is to see if the workshop helps caregivers learn better ways to interact with children during daily routines. Researchers will measure if caregivers feel more skilled and motivated, and if children report more positive interactions, after staff complete the training.
