Summary

This study is testing a new workshop series designed to teach residential caregivers how to have more positive, developmentally supportive interactions with the children in their care. The researchers want to see if the training is practical, acceptable to staff, and helps caregivers feel more skilled and motivated in their roles. They will measure changes in caregiver practices and child experiences through surveys and interviews before and after the training.
