New online program aims to ease burden for dementia caregivers

Summary
This study tests a web-based support program (Hospital GamePlan4Care) for caregivers of veterans with dementia who are discharged from skilled nursing facilities to home. About 55 caregivers will either receive tailored skills training and phone support or standard health education. The goal is to see if the program is helpful and reduces unmet needs for caregivers.
