Summary

This study tested a phone-based program called Caregiver SOS for employed people caring for Veterans with depression, anxiety, PTSD, or brain injury. The program offers six one-hour sessions over 3-4 months to help manage stress and balance work and caregiving. Researchers measured distress and work performance in 199 participants to see if the program helps.
