Summary
This study tested a phone-based program called Caregiver SOS for employed people caring for veterans with mental health issues like depression, anxiety, PTSD, or brain injury. About 199 caregivers participated to see if the program could lower their stress and improve their work performance. The goal was to help caregivers balance their job and caregiving duties.
