What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
Physical activity program (supervised group and remote exercise sessions)
What this could lead to
If successful, this could show that a tailored exercise program is practical and beneficial for older caregivers, paving the way for larger studies to improve their health and quality of life.
What could go wrong
This is a small pilot study (50 participants) focused on feasibility, not on proving effectiveness. Results may not apply to all caregivers, and adherence to the program could be low.
