Summary
This study compares two types of exercise programs using video games (exergames) to see which better helps balance, thinking, and behavior in people with Huntington's disease. About 40 adults with early-stage Huntington's will participate. The goal is to find a fun, effective way to manage symptoms and improve daily life.
