First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looks at whether limiting eating to an 8-hour period each day can lower blood pressure and improve blood sugar control in adults who sleep 6.5 hours or less per night. Participants will be monitored for changes in heart health and insulin resistance. The goal is to see if a simple change in when you eat can reduce the health risks linked to short sleep.
