First seen Feb 12, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study is looking for ways to predict heart problems that can happen during breast cancer treatment. Researchers will use blood tests and special heart ultrasounds to find early warning signs. The study involves 700 adults with breast cancer who are receiving certain types of chemotherapy. The goal is to better understand and identify who is at risk for heart damage, not to test a new treatment.
