Heart monitor aims to cut hospital visits for heart failure patients

Summary
This study tests if a small sensor placed in the lung artery can help doctors manage heart failure better. About 1000 adults with heart failure will be followed for two years. The goal is to see if using the sensor reduces hospital stays and improves survival.
