Summary
This study is creating a large registry of 600 people with immune-mediated inflammatory diseases (IMIDs) like arthritis or lupus to track their heart health over time. Researchers will collect routine medical data and blood samples to see if certain heart markers can predict future heart problems. The goal is to better understand and ultimately prevent cardiovascular disease in this high-risk group.
