Summary
This study looked at whether a cardiac rehab program with two types of aerobic exercise could help heart failure patients who also have muscle loss (sarcopenia). 22 patients aged 18-75 with moderate heart failure took part. The goal was to see if exercise could improve their breathing, daily activities, and muscle strength.
