structured cardiac rehabilitation program (stationary bike exercise)

What this could lead to

If it works, this could point toward a simple exercise program to improve fitness and outcomes for people with atrial fibrillation.

What could go wrong

This is a very small, early study with only 20 participants, so results may not apply to everyone. The program is short (8 weeks) and may not produce lasting benefits.
