Summary

This study looks back at five years of medical records from older adults (60+) who had hip or other bone surgery after a fall or injury. Researchers want to see if a simple frailty score or a heart test before surgery better predicts who does well afterward. The goal is to improve care for elderly trauma patients, not to test a new treatment.
