Researchers track oxygen in dying donors to improve transplants

Summary

This study aims to understand the relationship between low oxygen levels and cardiac arrest in organ donors. Researchers will observe 50 donors during a specific type of donation procedure to measure oxygen levels at the moment of arrest. The goal is to see if these oxygen levels are linked to how well the recipient's new kidney works after transplant.
