First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looked at how taking multiple doses of carbamazepine (a common seizure medicine) changes the way the body processes a single dose of an experimental drug called zongertinib. Sixteen healthy men participated. The goal was to understand if carbamazepine affects zongertinib levels in the blood, which helps doctors decide on proper dosing for future patients.
