New Dual-Target CAR-T therapy offers hope for Hard-to-Treat lymphoma

Summary
This study tests a new treatment called C-CAR039 (Prizlon-cel) for people with large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to other treatments. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target two markers on cancer cells (CD19 and CD20). The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well it shrinks tumors. About 112 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
