First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new treatment called C-CAR039 (Prizlon-cel) for people with large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to other treatments. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to attack two targets on cancer cells. The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well it shrinks tumors. About 112 adults will take part.
