NCT ID NCT06985498
First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment plan for young adults and adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). The plan combines immunotherapy before a stem cell transplant using the patient's own cells, followed by a 'sandwich' of two types of CAR-T cells (CD22 and CD19). The goal is to see if this approach is safe and reduces the chance of leukemia coming back. About 40 participants will be enrolled.
