New Two-Target 'Living Drug' trial launches for tough blood cancer

Summary
This is an early-stage study testing a new type of CAR-T cell therapy, called BMS-986453, for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to other treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose and understand the side effects of this 'living drug,' which is made from a patient's own modified immune cells designed to attack two targets on the cancer. Researchers will also check if the treatment shows signs of shrinking the cancer.
