Summary
This is an early-stage study testing a new type of cell therapy called BMS-986453 in adults with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to other treatments. The therapy involves modifying a patient's own immune cells to attack the cancer. The main goals are to find a safe dose and understand the side effects of this experimental treatment.
