Summary

This study tested an experimental treatment called bb2121, a type of CAR-T cell therapy, for adults with multiple myeloma that has come back after treatment or is considered high-risk. Doctors collected and modified each participant's own immune cells to target the cancer, then infused them back. The main goal was to see how well the treatment worked to reduce the cancer and how safe it was for different groups of patients.
