First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new treatment for people with advanced liver cancer that has not responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, modified in a lab to recognize and attack cancer cells carrying a specific protein called GPC3. The study aims to find the safest dose and see if this approach can shrink tumors or slow the disease.
