Supercharged immune cells tested as new weapon against tough leukemia

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new version of CAR T-cell therapy for people whose acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) has come back or hasn't responded to other treatments. Doctors will collect a patient's own immune cells, modify them in a lab to better target and fight the cancer, and then infuse them back. The main goal is to see if this new cell therapy is safe and to find the right dose.
