Summary

This is a first-in-human study testing the safety and early signs of effectiveness of a new cell therapy called ALLO-329. It is for adults with certain autoimmune diseases—lupus, myositis, or scleroderma—whose disease remains active despite standard treatments. The therapy involves giving patients specially engineered immune cells designed to target and reduce harmful cells driving the disease.
