One-Shot cell therapy tested for devastating muscle disease

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a single dose of an experimental CAR-T cell therapy called YTB323 in people with severe, treatment-resistant myasthenia gravis. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and if it can reduce the debilitating muscle weakness caused by the disease. About 15 participants will receive the one-time infusion and be monitored closely for side effects and changes in their symptoms for up to 15 years.
