One-Shot cell therapy tested for debilitating muscle disease
NCT ID NCT06704269
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a single dose of an experimental cell therapy called YTB323 in about 15 people with severe, treatment-resistant myasthenia gravis. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and to measure how it affects the body and the severity of muscle weakness symptoms. Participants will be followed for a very long time—up to 15 years—to monitor long-term safety.
