Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment called CT1195E CAR-T cells for people with severe systemic sclerosis (scleroderma) that hasn't responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified in a lab to target and attack the disease. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if it can improve symptoms. Only 12 participants will be enrolled.
