Summary

This early-stage study tests whether a special type of immune cell, called a CAR-T cell, is safe for people with severe lupus that hasn't responded to standard treatments. The cells are designed to target and destroy faulty immune cells that cause lupus. The study includes 22 participants aged 5 and older and focuses on tracking side effects and initial signs of disease control.
