Summary
This early-stage study tests a new treatment called RD06-05, made from donor immune cells engineered to target and calm the faulty immune response in Graves' disease. It aims to see if a single infusion can safely restore normal thyroid function without needing lifelong medication. Only 4 adults with refractory Graves' disease who have not responded to standard treatments will participate.
