Experimental CAR-T injection targets Hard-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment called ACT#001 CAR-T cells for men with castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) that has not responded to standard hormone therapy. The treatment is injected directly into the tumor area. The main goal is to check safety, and researchers will also measure if PSA levels drop by at least 50%. About 18 adults with PSMA-positive tumors are being enrolled.
