First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new type of immunotherapy for children and young adults up to age 21 whose leukemia has come back or not responded to treatment. The therapy uses the patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to recognize and attack leukemia cells. The main goal is to find a safe dose and understand side effects.
