First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests two different CAR T-cell therapy approaches for people with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back or not responded to treatment. One group gets a combination of two types of CAR T-cells (CD19 and CD22), while the other gets one type (CD19) followed by a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see which approach helps patients live longer without the cancer returning. The trial is open to children and young adults.
