First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called RD06-05, which uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR-T cells) to target and calm the overactive immune system in people with moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease. The study will enroll up to 30 adults who have not responded to multiple standard treatments. The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose, while also looking at whether the treatment can reduce inflammation and improve symptoms.
