Summary
This early-phase study tests whether a person's own modified immune cells (CAR-T cells) can help control HIV without daily medication. Only 3 participants with well-controlled HIV will receive the treatment to check safety and see if the virus stays undetectable. The goal is a 'functional cure,' meaning the virus is controlled without lifelong drugs, but long-term management may still be needed.
