Summary
This study tests a new treatment called anti-CD19/BCMA universal CAR-T cells for people with severe autoimmune diseases like lupus, scleroderma, and rheumatoid arthritis that haven't responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells to target and calm the overactive immune system. The main goal is to check safety and see if it can control the disease. About 60 adults aged 18 to 70 will take part in this early-phase trial.
