Summary
This study tests a new treatment using donor immune cells (CAR T-cells) that are engineered to target and destroy faulty immune cells causing lupus or scleroderma. The goal is to control the disease in patients who have not responded to standard therapies. The trial involves 18 adults and will monitor safety and how well the treatment works over time.
