Summary
This early-stage study tests a universal CAR T-cell therapy designed to target and destroy certain immune cells (those with CD19 or BCMA markers) that drive autoimmune diseases. It enrolls 12 adults with severe conditions like lupus, scleroderma, or vasculitis that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety and see if the therapy can control disease activity.
