NCT ID NCT06544330

First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment for people with severe lupus or scleroderma that hasn't improved with standard therapies. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target and calm the overactive immune system. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose, not to cure the disease.
