First seen Jun 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment using specially designed immune cells (CAR-NK cells) that target two markers on pancreatic cancer cells. The goal is to see if these cells are safe and can shrink tumors in people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has not responded to standard treatments. About 42 adults will take part, and their tumors will be tested to match them with the right cell type.
