NCT ID NCT07480928

First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment using specially engineered natural killer (NK) cells that target two cancer markers (MSLN and MUC1, or CLDN18.2 and MUC1) in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the cells can shrink tumors. About 42 adults aged 18 to 75 who have already tried at least one standard treatment will take part.
