Summary

This study tested a combination of two drugs, AZD6738 and olaparib, in 123 women whose ovarian cancer had returned. The goal was to see if the combo was safe and how well it shrank tumors or slowed cancer growth. Participants had either platinum-sensitive or platinum-resistant cancer, and the trial measured side effects and response rates.
