Summary
This study tested three types of cannabis oil (high THC, high CBD, or equal amounts) against a placebo to see which works best for cancer-related pain, nausea, anxiety, and sleep problems. Each participant tried all treatments in a random order without knowing which they were taking. The goal was to find out if any cannabis oil helps more than a placebo for these symptoms.
