Norwegian community program shows promise for cannabis cessation

Summary
This study looked at a community-based program in Norway that helps people stop using cannabis. The program combines cognitive therapy and education over about 8 weeks. 102 adults took part, and researchers measured changes in cannabis use, mental distress, and well-being right after the program and again 3 months later.
