Can cannabis compounds ease knee arthritis pain? new study seeks answers

Summary
This study is testing whether daily doses of CBD, THC, or both can reduce pain and improve symptoms in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 200 adults with moderate to severe knee pain for at least six months will take one of the study drugs or a placebo for 16 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, brain activity, and inflammation to see how these cannabis-like compounds work.
