Summary

This study is testing whether daily doses of CBD, THC, or both can reduce pain and improve symptoms in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 200 adults with moderate to severe knee pain for at least 6 months will be randomly assigned to receive one of the cannabinoid treatments or a placebo. Researchers will measure pain, brain activity, and inflammation over 16 weeks to see how these compounds affect pain pathways.
