Summary
This study is creating a large registry to collect information about how cancer is treated in real-world settings and how patients respond. It will follow 20,000 adult cancer patients at participating clinics, tracking their treatments and health outcomes through medical records and surveys. The goal is to gather standardized data to help improve future cancer research and make it easier for patients to join clinical trials.
