Summary
This study is creating a large registry to collect information on how cancer is treated in real-world clinics and what the outcomes are. It will follow 20,000 adult cancer patients at participating centers, gathering data on their treatments, side effects, and results through medical records and surveys. The goal is to build a detailed picture of current cancer care to help improve future research and make it easier for patients to join clinical trials.
